About the Workshop

Each student will have his/her own cooking station allowing each student to cook their own meals from start to finish as independently as possible. This isn't your typical cooking class where each student has one task for the entire group recipe. We will do a safety lesson to start each class.

  • Week 1: Heat Safety
  • Week 2: Knife Safety
  • Week 3: Heat Safety
  • Week 4: Knife Safety

Classes take place on Wednesdays in February:

February 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th

Each student receives one hour of free access to the recreation space and equipment and must be supervised by a parent at all times. This hour is available after the kids class and before the teens class.
