    Unique Cooking Camp

    1. Students make their own meal/dessert and follow a recipe from start to finish from their own cooking station (some equipment is shared). This is unique from other cooking programs where students may have one or two small roles in cooking a larger group meal.
    2. With a limit of four students per class and one staff per two students, each student will be given more opportunities to dive into cooking, ask questions, and focus on what they're interested in learning and engaging with, individually.
    3. Spectrum Yoga only uses healthy and allergen-friendly recipes (defined as real foods and gluten and casein free). This workshop also doesn't include any recipes with refined sugar.
